The Trustees shall have the actual care of the place of worship, but shall have no power to buy, sell, mortgage, lease or transfer any property without the specific vote of the Church authorizing such action. They shall provide, with the sanction of the Church, for the raising of money, for the support of its public services, and shall have the general charge of its finance, budget, salaries, utilities, insurance, building and maintenance equipment. All expenditures must be authorized by the budget or specific vote of the Church. They shall prepare a proposed budget for action by the Church and other legal papers for the Church. The senior member shall be Chairman each year. They shall meet monthly, or as called by the Pastor, or Chairman of the Church Board.
