From Bad to Worse

Can you relate to this question, "Has anything like this happened in your days or in your fathers’ days?" Or maybe you are asking yourself, "What else can happen?" Life seems to be throwing all kinds of problems at us. It seems never-ending. "What the gnawing locust has left, the swarming locust has eaten; And what the swarming locust has left, the creeping locust has eaten; And what the creeping locust has left, the stripping locust has eaten." These words sound like they could be written this very week, but they come from the first four verses in the book of Joel.
